The Story

Like any other celebrity marriage, the marriage of Sanlı Özarslan, a famous basketball player, and Nesil Kaya, a nobody, generates unnecessary interest in the tabloid world. The couple spends their honeymoon in seclusion, just like their relationship, at the request of Sanlı, who is private about his private life. When they return to their new home, they find two similar envelopes addressed to their names. The couple ignores the envelopes for a while, but when Sanlı opens his own envelope, they are drawn into a mind game that puts their marriage to the test. Sanlı is told that the envelope sent to his wife contains a check for $10 million that she is entitled to if she does not tell him. When Nesil opens hers, she discovers not only a check for ten million dollars but also a chilling letter revealing the side of her new husband that he kept hidden from everyone.

The couple faces each other live on air on a magazine program, but when they come face to face inside the same house, a cold war begins.

As a new envelope arriving for Nesil brings the proposal back into the couple’s lives, Sanlı reveals all his cards with an unexpected move and confronts his wife.

In this episode, where we return to the couple’s honeymoon, we witness the first conflicts of their marriage and get a very important clue about the background of the proposal.

1×08 – MODERN TIMES

Sanlı has disappeared and Nesil’s time is up on the proposal. (Series Finale)

Sanlı, a famous basketball player, was a popular bachelor at the peak of his career when he surprised everyone by marrying Nesil, a complete no one. Our hero, who is obsessively sensitive about his private life and has a history of mental problems, is often in trouble with the press.

Nesil met the famous basketball player Sanlı at a game that her boyfriend forced her to attend, and she later married him. Nesil, who began living in the public eye as a result of her relationship, realizes after a while that everyone around her expects something from her.
